I referred you to the SEC’s site last time when writing about Form 4 Insider (trading activity) filings. Going here is a regular part of my keeping up with companies of interest. It provides access to all company filings (Form 4s, 8-Ks, and otherwise) and yields a plethora of primary source information. You can go here to view a list of SEC forms. It’s clearly quite a chore for companies to keep up with required filings. Fortunately, an investor need not be well-acquainted but with several of the forms in keeping track of key information relevant to a stock investment. Form 8-K is among those form types important to staying on top of critical investment information.
