Dear Friends,
May God bless you and your families. I hope you have good moments of sharing with those you love this holiday weekend. As I get older, time passed reveals that my days used up are often almost a blur as the clock seems to accelerate. Considering how quickly summer of 2018 is drawing to a close, I’m mindful of the words found in James 4:14 (from the New Living Translation, Bible):
“How do you know what your life will be like tomorrow? Your life is like the morning fog–it’s here a little while, then it’s gone.”
May God grant that you use your days well. Truly quality times with our family and close friends are such a blessing from God. Have a blessed Labor Day weekend!
Paul
Happy Labor Day! Thank you for sharing your talents.
Happy Labor Day and Happy Birthday, Jan! Many thanks for your comment today.
Paul,
You are so right about timing passing too quickly. It’s hard to believe 30 years have passed since I sat in your intermediate accounting class. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do.
Peace, Bill
Wow, Bill. I had to pause for it to sink in that 30 years have passed since then. Thanks for commenting and encouraging. I appreciate you and what a fine person you are. I’m realizing how much I need God’s wisdom to guide each moment because each moment is indeed precious. Thanks for your kindness and especially friendship over the years.
Thanks Paul. True words of wisdom.
Enjoy the holiday weekend.
All the best to you, your family and friends!
Thanks Jeff. One of the best things about writing a book has been the new friends it has brought into my life! Thanks for taking a moment to drop the note!
Hey! I tried to contact you via your website, but the CAPTCHA wasn’t working. Are you planning on doing a seminar again soon? I am ready to put my investments to better use and am lost!
Elisa,
I’m not sure what the problem was but I’m glad you contacted me via this comment. I’ve been requested by a number of people about doing my seminar again. The university has said we can put another one on anytime; I’ll plan on setting one up in early to late spring next year.
I hope you are doing great and had a fine Labor Day weekend.
Paul
