I hope this will be a wonderful Father’s Day weekend and that you will build some treasured memories. Family is such a blessing from the Lord. It is so good to celebrate the relationships and design of the Heavenly Father. God is good!!!
I’ve been under the weather all week but believe the doctor’s medicinal remedies are helping. So, I’ll return with a new post soon on the theme of investing but will take a bit of a reprieve this time.
I very recently ran across a blog post from an author named Ruzbeh Bacha, Founder and CEO of a UK company called CityFALCON. The post is titled “Best Finance Videos, Articles and Books for Investors for Amateurs and Experts.” You can go here to check it out. I appreciate my book, Choose Stocks Wisely being in the author’s list. The company website is here. It is a very interesting site.
Again, have a wonderful and blessed Father’s Day weekend.
Congratulations. Have the Amazon’s highest rating reserved for only a few.
Hey Perry; Happy Father’s Day, friend. While accurate, that 5 of 5 rating average needs proper context. After clicking on my book title in the post, I note that the rating is from the amazon uk site; and there’s just ONE review there. So, while I appreciate the thoughtful intent of your comment, a much better rating perspective is the amazon US site where it shows 65 reviews with an average of 4.5 of 5. I do appreciate this cityFalcon team and its London Value Investing Club (which I note was formed in August of 2015 and has 721 member investors) for their suggestion toward including my book as making a contribution in the arena of value investing.
Thanks Paul for the mentions – CityFALCON and London Value Investing Club! If you have some time, we’d love to have you speak at one of our events and even promote your book.
Ruzbeh, Thank you for the writing and for the invitation. Perhaps you can drop me an e-mail to discuss. I always enjoy discussing the merits of the (all too often disregarded but critical) balance sheet to risk assessment before buying stocks. The earnings report alone cannot identify “value” but is often the all in all, as you know.
I hope you get feeling better soon Paul. We all appreciate your book and blog posts!
Hey Wes. Please know that your comment is appreciated and surely encouraged me today. Thanks so much! Have great Father’s Day and Lord’s Day tomorrow.
